ChatGPT update on August 16, 2023 issue

The ChatGPT update on August 16, 2023, introduced a number of new features and improvements, but it also caused some UI issues for some users. These issues include

The prompts and templates disappear when the ChatGPT app is loaded.

The app auto-scrolling, making it difficult to see the prompts and templates.

The app is not working properly with some plugins.

OpenAI is aware of these issues and is working to fix them as soon as possible. In the meantime, they have provided some workarounds:

If the prompts and templates disappear, you can try refreshing the page.

If the app is auto-scrolling, you can try turning off the haptic feedback on your device.

If the app is not working properly with a plugin, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

OpenAI has also created a support forum where users can report the issues they are experiencing and get help from the OpenAI team.

The ChatGPT update is a major improvement, but it is still under development. OpenAI is committed to fixing the UI issues as soon as possible and making ChatGPT the best it can be.
